Electronic forms usage within Credit Unions is continuing to grow rapidly and is replacing most paper forms in the Credit Union environment. There will always be a need for paper products, but with the automation of the information gathering process, the next logical step is to replace manually populated documents with printer generated forms.

ConmarSystems provides laser forms for compliant and operational documents in formats compatible with all data processing systems. We also provide laser forms that can be completed on screen as “stand alone” documents.

Onsite Installation of Forms is available, and if required, a specialist can be onsite for installation of forms in order to make whatever changes are necessary to help your implementation go smoothly.

Design, shipping, and storage costs- Electronic forms dramatically reduce design time. Our “Standard Forms” which, if used, eliminate most of the cost since they are already designed to meet your needs. Additionally, shipping cost is reduced to a diskette, Email, or BBS. Since Electronic Forms are maintained on a computer, you don’t have to worry about storage.
Printing Savings- By using a standard laser printer, you have total control over quality, size, paper color, and copies needed of your forms.
Time Requirements- Many times when changes are needed or new forms are needed, time can be critical. In most circumstances, minor changes can be accomplished in a fraction of the time those same changes would take using paper forms.
